3. Looking through classified
sections in newspapers and on line.
4. Using direct marketing.
Selling
They have been selling their houses very quickly due to the high quality of their renovations, competitive pricing, and the fact that they are located in nice neighborhoods, and their marketing plan has been very effective. Their most recent renovations have sold in a matter of weeks.

marketing the properties by:

2. Posting ads on line on sites such as Craigslist.
3. Posting ads in local newspapers.
4. Having open houses.
5. Placing yard signs around the neighborhood.
