Owner's story

Owner Rob Noviczski has been in the construction business since 1985.From 1985 till 2002 he worked along side, and learned from his father doing building and remodeling. They constructed new houses, additions, new bathrooms and new kitchens. They remodeled churches, doctors offices, office buildings etc. From 1997 till 2002 he worked for Ingalls Smart Associates, a survey company. He did mainly construction stake out for construction companies. He laid out such things as subdivisions, new houses, Wal-marts, Home depots, parking garages, prisons, schools etc. During this period he started rehabbing houses as a side line. In 2002 he started doing this full time. He also owns rental houses. He bought his first fixer upper house with no money. In fact  he traded a car for it. The car had been in an accident where it flipped over and crushed its roof. He replaced the roof, repainted the car, and traded it for a burnt house which he repaired and sold.

This was the beginning of his  real estate career. Since then he has  built  new homes and rebuilt more than a dozen. He also races cars, winning the pro-stock track championship in 2000 and 2001 at Fonda Speedway. He built more than a dozen race cars during that period and raced on 15 different race tracks in 2 countries.

In the future Noviczski Home Rebuilders plans on buying, fixing, and selling houses as well as keeping a few for rentals. Their  goals are to increase the volume of houses they remodel each year. To achieve that goal they are offering investment opportunities for those looking to make excellent returns on their money.
